About the Author
James D. Miller has been in the IBM Cognos TM1 consulting practice since 2004 with a primary focus on architectural design, development, and implementation of business performance management projects from inception through implementation, including the Rapid Assessment and Design (RAD) process, full-scale system design, project management, technical leadership, evaluations, and team building. Overall, he has over 30 years of relevant experience in business management, systems design and implementation, data
rationalization, and proven project delivery. His key roles have been Senior Solutions Architect, Project Manager, Team and Technical Leader, and Mentor. He has also spent time as a Technical Instructor and Trainer.
